Why This Resource Exists
Georgia court records are public in many settings, but access starts with knowing which office has the file. Crawford's Superior Clerk keeps Superior and Juvenile material. Probate handles estates, wills, guardianships, county traffic, and related records. Magistrate handles limited civil and criminal matters, while Roberta's city clerk keeps municipal traffic and ordinance dispositions. There is no single Crawford-facing statewide public docket screen identified in the official materials.
The result is a practical routing problem. Icon Case Management is login-gated, PeachCourt serves the Superior electronic document and filing path, Probate Records has its own category searches, and the Clerk posts static calendar PDFs. Georgia Courts' research and statistics dashboard is used only for clearly labeled circuit-level context. The reference pages explain those differences without presenting any one vendor as the official custodian.
What You Will Find Here
The reference pages keep the court, clerk, record type, and access route together:
- Docket explanations: how criminal court dockets and civil court dockets are organized in Crawford County
- Dates and settings: how to read the Crawford court schedule and confirm a hearing with the right clerk
- Case lookup: how docket search routes differ between Icon, PeachCourt, Probate Records, and local offices
- Record requests: how court case records, certified copies, and restricted files are handled
- Traffic routing: how county citations and Roberta municipal tickets use different clerks through the traffic court route
What We Cannot Do
Crawford County Court Docket is privately operated and has no connection to a Georgia court, clerk, county office, or state agency. It cannot:
- retrieve an official docket or case file for a person
- set, confirm, reschedule, or reset a court date
- remove, seal, amend, or expunge a court record
- issue a certified copy of a docket, order, judgment, or pleading
- give legal advice about a pending case or filing choice
- promise that a phone number, fee, portal, or setting will remain current
Only the clerk or court that holds a case can issue an official or certified record. The contact route may be explained here, but the record must come from the custodian.
Search Partners
Some pages contain search boxes supplied by outside providers. Those providers control their own services, account terms, prices, and result displays. A referral fee may be earned if a visitor chooses a paid partner service after using a search box. That relationship does not give the provider control over Crawford County's official docket, and it does not make a vendor result a certified court record.
