Contact Crawford County Court Offices

Official Crawford County court questions belong with the clerk or court that holds the record. The private reference resource at this address cannot retrieve a docket, change a setting, issue a certified copy, or give legal advice. The routing below names the primary Superior Clerk and the separate Probate, Magistrate, and Roberta Municipal contacts so a request can start at the right counter.

This Is Not a Court or Government Office. Crawford County Court Docket is privately operated. It cannot pull official dockets, confirm or reset hearings, remove or seal cases, issue certified copies, or give legal advice. Those tasks must go to the court or clerk that keeps the record.

Need an Official Docket or Record?

Use the following routes for the most common Crawford County requests:

  • A Superior docket or file: contact Ryan Johnson, Crawford County Clerk of Superior Court, at 100 GA Highway 42 South, Knoxville, GA 31050, 478-836-3328. The published weekday office hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The GSCCCA clerk profile provides an additional official directory entry.
  • A court date or setting: review the court schedule, then confirm the case with the clerk that holds it.
  • A case by name or number: use the docket search route, noting that Icon is login-gated and PeachCourt requires an account.
  • A certified Superior document: use the Clerk's certified-copy form and the mail or pickup payment instructions. Certified copies cannot be sent by fax or email.
  • A county traffic or Probate record: call Probate Court at 478-836-3313. A Roberta city traffic or ordinance record belongs with Municipal Court Clerk Kim Anglin at 123 E Agency Street, 478-836-3119.

The Clerk's published fax is 478-836-9170, but the certified-copy instructions do not authorize fax or email delivery. Magistrate matters use 478-836-5804 or 478-836-4439. The county administrative contact page is separate from the court-record counter. State the court name, case or citation number, caption, approximate year, and exact record sought when calling.
