Find Crawford County Court Dates

Start with the Crawford County Clerk of Court when you need a court date. A Crawford County court calendar is really a dated slice of a bigger docket, and the Clerk publishes it as static civil and criminal PDFs. Icon and PeachCourt offer separate routes for case details and documents, though both may ask you to log in. Probate and Roberta Municipal Court keep their own calendars through their own clerks. Match the court, case number, caption, and setting label before you rely on any date, and confirm a consequential hearing with the office that holds the case. A published schedule helps you spot the event. The latest order or clerk confirmation still controls.

How the Crawford County Court Calendar Works

Start with the Clerk's calendar index. It gathers every schedule the county publishes in one place. The Crawford Clerk calendar index currently links the 2026 Motion Dates schedule. It also covers holiday closures, a criminal trial-week calendar, child-support material, a civil calendar, a criminal status conference calendar, and a criminal motion calendar. It is a link list, nothing more. There is no date filter, no sort tool, and no stated update cadence.

The 2026 Motion Dates PDF is the widest schedule the county offers. It spans civil and criminal motion dates, civil calendar calls, civil trial and grand-jury weeks, criminal trial weeks, arraignments, calendar calls, and plea, pretrial, and motion settings. Read a PDF line as a planned block on the Crawford County court calendar. It does not confirm that a listed case still sits on that date.

For a single case, check the setting against the case register. The PeachCourt document route works too. A call to the clerk also helps. The PDF tells you when the court plans to act. The docket tells you where the case actually stands today.

Crawford County Motion Calendar Dates

Motion days in the 2026 schedule usually start at 8:30 AM. Civil motion dates fill the calendar on January 28, February 25, March 11, April 22, May 27, June 24, July 29, August 26, September 23, October 14, November 18, and December 16. Criminal motion dates follow their own track. Those land on January 30, February 27, March 10, April 24, May 29, June 26, July 31, August 28, September 25, October 16, November 20, and December 18.

Other landmarks matter just as much for a Crawford County docket search. Civil calendar calls land on February 18 and September 30. Civil trial and grand-jury weeks run March 16-20 and October 19-23. Pretrial conferences and motions sit on March 12 and October 7. Criminal trial weeks occupy March 23-27 and October 26-30.

Criminal arraignment sits at 8:30 AM on February 20 and October 2. Calendar call follows at 1:00 PM the same days, plus listed plea, pretrial, and motion dates. Pull the details from the official Motion Dates 2026 PDF. A listed day is a setting, not a result. Confirm the case's current status with the clerk before you rely on it.

Crawford County Court Date Lookups

No single public screen shows every Crawford County court date. Plan on more than one route. The Clerk's Icon URL sits behind a login. PeachCourt serves as the E-Access path for Superior Court documents. It too needs an account. The Clerk's static PDFs give the public free calendar slices. When a case sits outside Superior, go office by office. Probate, Magistrate, and Roberta Municipal Court each handle their own records and hearing dates.

  1. Check the latest Clerk PDF for the court and setting type, then match the case number and style.
  2. Use Icon or PeachCourt when an authenticated case or document view is available.
  3. Call Ryan Johnson's Clerk office at 478-836-3328 when the PDF and notice differ or the case does not appear.
  4. Ask at the Knoxville Clerk counter during the published weekday office hours if an in-person check is needed; a public terminal is not promised in the local sources.
  5. For Probate, Magistrate, or Roberta matters, call the relevant clerk rather than relying on a Superior calendar.

Two starting points help you find the electronic layer. The Crawford Icon Case Management route and the Georgia E-Access directory point you toward the right system, but neither works as a universal Crawford date-results page. Filter by court name first, then narrow your case lookup from there.

Crawford County Calendar Index

Think of the Clerk's calendar page as a shelf of dated PDF files. It is not a search box. There is no party-name field, no case-number box, and no date range to fill in. No pagination, no result limit, and no published refresh schedule. That can look like a missing docket search at first glance. It is really a publication choice. Crawford County hands its public court calendar to visitors through linked files instead.

So start with the current link set. Pick the calendar type that fits the case. Then search inside the PDF for the case number or caption where the file allows it. Read the whole row, Notes and all. The cause, parties, attorney, or count fields matter too. A static row can lag behind reality. It may not show a later order, a new reset, or a sealed event.

What if the case is not in the PDF? That alone proves nothing. A missing row is not proof that no case exists. Check Icon or PeachCourt, or call the Clerk. Ask whether the matter sits in Juvenile, Probate, Magistrate, Roberta Municipal, or a restricted category. For timing and access questions, try the Clerk news index and its holiday-closure notice. They help with dates and closures. Neither page is a case calendar.

Court Settings: What Each Field Means

Every field on a Crawford County court calendar helps you place a case inside a session. The title and the row belong together. The civil and criminal samples rely on different labels. Read them as a pair. What you will not see in these samples is a courtroom number. The PDFs leave that field out. One more caution: a setting label tells you the event was scheduled. It does not tell you how the case was ultimately resolved.

Case numberThe local identifier that ties the row to the case register.
Style of caseThe caption or title of the case; civil rows identify the parties.
Date and timeThe calendar's scheduled start, not a guarantee that the matter was heard.
Presiding judgeThe judge associated with that calendar; the August 2026 civil sample names Jeffery O. Monroe.
Setting typeMotion, status conference, calendar call, arraignment, trial week, or another listed session.
NotesMay show a continuation or motion category; it does not replace the case order.

Crawford County uses distinct labels for distinct jobs. A “Civil Calendar Call” calls the docket to schedule matters. A “Civil Motion Calendar” gathers pending motions in one place. On the criminal side, a “Criminal Status Conference” is a case-management setting. “Criminal Trial Week” marks a block of trial dates. You can compare the field layout in the civil sample and the criminal sample. That is why one case can show two dates with very different duties attached.

Crawford County Court Setting Terms

The Clerk's 2026 PDF and calendar samples stick to plain labels. Even so, they are easy to mix up. A setting is simply an event on the Crawford County court schedule. It does not prove the hearing happened. It does not show the ruling either. For that next layer of detail, turn to the register or the later order.

Motion calendar
A grouped session for motions set before the court.
Calendar call
A scheduling or case-call event, separate from a trial week.
Status conference
A case-management setting used to review the case's progress.
Trial week
A broader block in which trials may be scheduled; it is not a promise of a daily trial.
Continued
A carry-forward or reset notation that needs the next date or order for context.

Crawford County's civil sample carries a note that reads "Continued from prior date." That tells you the row is not the case's first setting. It does not tell you why the date moved.

When a Court Date Moves

A continuance resets the date without touching the case itself. Crawford's civil sample says "Continued from prior date." Yet the static PDF publishes no reset-history table and never says who asked for the change. The calendar never says who moved a given setting. It does not state whether that was a judge, a coordinator, or the Clerk. Read the most recent calendar row first. Then check the case register and the court order side by side before drawing any conclusion.

When a mailed notice, a PDF, and a calendar view disagree, trust the latest court-specific order or a direct confirmation from the Clerk. The Crawford docket search route helps you locate the case first. It cannot reset or confirm a hearing on its own.

Holiday closures can also disrupt a visit or a counter request. The Clerk's calendar index links the current closure notice. A closed counter does not mean a scheduled case was canceled. Those are two separate questions.

Crawford County Probate Hearing Search

The Probate Hearings form lets you narrow a docket search by Court, Case Name, Date / Time, and hearing type. Its county list is short, though. On August 20, 2026 it offered Chatham, Cook, Coweta, Hall, Harris, Lanier, Test, and Union. Crawford was missing from the menu. The gap reflects the vendor's coverage. It is not the court's calendar. It does not mean Crawford County Probate holds no hearings.

For a Crawford County Probate hearing, go through the county Probate Court contact and the separate Probate Records links instead of picking another county's court from the form. The Probate Court page posts 478-836-3313 and names the local office. A county traffic citation stays a Probate matter. A Roberta city citation, by contrast, runs on the city clerk's calendar.

One lesson carries over to any docket lookup. Check the county selection before trusting a portal result as local. Search fields and vendor coverage shift without any published refresh schedule. A menu that looks complete today may change tomorrow.

Missed Settings and What Comes Next

A missed setting calls for a fast, court-specific phone call. The public calendar may show the setting title but not the court's next action, and a continued notation does not say whether a new date has been entered. Missing a date is not automatically a dismissal, a conviction, or a final ruling.

Confirm before assuming: call the clerk that holds the case, give the case number and caption, ask for the current setting and any order or reset, and ask what public record can be provided if the case is restricted.

Each Crawford court keeps its own line. Call 478-836-3328 for the Crawford Superior Clerk, 478-836-3313 for Probate, 478-836-5804 or 478-836-4439 for Magistrate, and 478-836-3119 for Roberta Municipal Court. These numbers lead to different records, so name the court at the start of the call.

Crawford County Roberta Court Setting

Roberta Municipal Court runs the clearest city schedule around Crawford County. Court sits at 2:00 PM on the second Monday of each month. City holidays are the exception. The city page posts no daily docket, no public case lookup, no reset list, and no calendar archive. Treat the monthly setting as a schedule fact rather than a case-specific result.

The municipal clerk sits at 123 E Agency Street, Roberta. The office lists 478-836-3119. Check a city traffic or ordinance citation with Kim Anglin's office. A county traffic citation belongs to Probate. A felony or major civil setting belongs with the Superior Clerk. Keeping the routes separate prevents a city date from being mistaken for a county calendar entry.

Is a Roberta date urgent? Ask the city clerk to confirm the setting, payment status, or disposition. The EZCourtPay payment route is not a public calendar reader.
